Yes, subject to our legal retention obligations. Where we are required by Indian financial regulations to keep certain transaction records, we must retain those for the mandated period. All other personal data can be deleted on request; we will confirm once complete.

On account closure we anonymise your profile data within 30 days. Transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable law, then permanently deleted. You will receive a written confirmation of closure and data handling to your registered email.

The core account terms remain constant regardless of which payment method you use. UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions are additionally subject to those providers' own terms. We clearly flag any payment-specific condition in the cashier section before you confirm a transaction.
